About The Position

Summary: The Line Cook is in charge of preparing food and setting up other necessary supplies. They will prepare the kitchen to ensure smooth operations while in service. Evening Shifts Starting pay: $20-$22

Requirements

2+ years restaurant experience required

Responsibilities

Prepare food with quality standards
Report emergencies, accidents, injuries, and safety hazards to management
Report any deviation of policies and procedures to management
Know the hotel grounds and services to assist guests as needed
Impress guests with quality and timely service
Monitor and control maintenance/sanitation of the kitchen and equipment
Use a variety of cooking methods
Ensure all food is prepared and presented in accordance with appropriate recipes
Use supplies and equipment safely and responsibly
Have a positive attitude with visitors and staff
