Conveniently located near Hilton Head, Savannah, and Beaufort, Belfair is not just a workplace—it’s a destination. We are currently seeking a full-time Line Cook to join our talented culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in accordance with our standards and member expectations. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Proven cooking experience, preferably in a club, resort, or upscale dining environment
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
• Communicate effectively with fellow kitchen staff and front-of-house team
• Assist with prep work, inventory, and receiving as needed
