Requirements

Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Accuracy and efficiency in executing tasks
Strong communication and teamwork skills; a positive attitude in a collaborative environment
Ability to work flexible hours while maintaining personal balance

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
Ensure food is served simultaneously, consistently, and promptly
Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
Communicate effectively and support fellow kitchen staff and front-of-house team
Collaborate with teammates to maintain efficiency and high-quality service
Assist with prep work, inventory, and receiving as needed
