About The Position

Breakers, a casual family restaurant at The Princess Anne Country Club, is seeking experienced Line and Breakfast Cooks. Ideal candidates should have scratch kitchen experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be able to multitask while following direction. A passion for food preparation and strong teamwork and service skills are encouraged.

Requirements

• 2+ years of cooking experience
• Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume setting
• Strong understanding of food safety and handling practices
• Background check required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and quality
• Set up, stock, and maintain kitchen stations
• Prep ingredients and follow standardized recipes
• Ensure timely food production and proper presentation
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Work collaboratively with the Chef and kitchen team
