About The Position

As a Line Cook for Traditions Hospitality Group in our fast casual dining setting, you'll play a vital role in delivering delicious meals with speed and precision. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge (if applicable).
Previous experience as a line cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred.
Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring timely service and customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operation and efficient workflow during peak hours.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, following manufacturer instructions and guidelines.
Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely service.
