About The Position

Join our upbeat and positive Back of the House team that offers a fun and energetic work environment. Great opportunity to train in kitchen operation skills, take advantage of on-site education and refresh your current skills alongside team members. Line Cooks work at all BMR F&B Outlets based on business need.

Requirements

  • Experience in full-service restaurant is desired but we will train the right candidate
  • Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
  • Task-driven individual
  • Ability to lift and carry 60lbs
  • Ability to stand for duration of 10+ hour shift
  • References required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in full-service restaurant is desired

Responsibilities

  • Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by the lead cook and Executive Chef
  • Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
  • Food preparation and portioning prior to service
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment on your feet for several hours at a time.
  • Ability to receive and carry out instructions and critical feedback.
