About The Position

The Wicked Loon and Downtown Grill are two of Wolfeboro's busiest restaurants, heading into their fourth summer. They are seeking Line Cooks who can handle a fast pace, maintain sharpness, and take pride in their culinary output. The role involves working under an Executive Chef within a dedicated kitchen team that prioritizes hard work, speed, and quality. This is a hands-on position in a high-volume seasonal kitchen, requiring work during lunch and dinner service to ensure consistent food quality and smooth operation from the first ticket to the end of the night. Key aspects include setting up, managing, and cleaning down the kitchen for service. It offers an opportunity to work with a strong team, sharpen skills, and experience a high-energy, honest work environment during a busy season in Wolfeboro.
