As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for the preparation of food orders efficiently and consistently. The Line Cook will also be responsible for maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment throughout the kitchen. Essential Functions Work at various stations in assigned kitchen and prepare menu items to recipe specifications. Communicate with front-of-house staff on modifications or changes to the menu based on available products. Adapt to specific guest needs including dietary and allergy requirements. Complete opening duties, including station setup, food prep lists, requisitioning items from storage, and cleaning. Prepare and cook food items for assigned meal periods and upcoming services. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of assigned station and service areas throughout the shift. Perform closing duties, including workstation breakdown and proper disposal or storage of food and equipment. Follow all safety, security, and hygiene procedures, and work collaboratively with team members across departments. Maintain knowledge of and comply with departmental policies, service procedures, 4 Keys service standards, and safety and security procedures. Perform all additional duties as assigned by management.
