About The Position

This role involves preparing and cooking high-quality meals in the Roughrider Grill and in a fast-paced, mobile kitchen environment. Possess a passion for food, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team and independently. You’ll help ensure our Food Trailer and Grill runs smoothly during events and daily operations, delivering great food and service to our community.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, culinary arts or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food service.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and safety compliance in food service operations.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification within 3 months of hire.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Must possess exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Valid Texas driver’s license required.
  • You must be at least 21 years of age and available to travel as needed
  • Must be available to work some nights and weekends as assigned.
