About The Position
We are looking for a talented Line Cook to join our team! Fish nor Fowl focuses on a rustic menu with modern takes of Italian and Mediterannean inspired dishes. This position generally works Tuesday through Saturday 2 - close.
Requirements
- 2+ years of high-volume, upscale restaurant experience
- Open availability including nights and weekends
- Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- A love of modern food and drink
- Ability to stand, walk, and move during the entire shift including frequent bending and stooping
