Here's what we need: Line Cooks are the heart of the kitchen - where our Damn Good food is made from scratch every day! In a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, you'll be responsible for: Fry Cook: Master the fry station, ensuring all fried items are cooked to perfection with the right crispiness and flavor. Grill Cook: Operate the grill station, cooking proteins to the correct temperature and ensuring each taco ingredient is grilled to perfection. Saute Cook: Manage the sauté station, handling various ingredients to create dishes that are flavorful and perfectly cooked. Steam Cook: Operate steam equipment to prepare dishes that require steaming, maintaining the right texture and flavor. Taco: Assemble and build each taco to order, ensuring each one meets our high standards and guests' expectations.
