We are looking to add a Line Cook to our team. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing high-quality food items in accordance with the hotels culinary standards. Working under the direction of the Executive Chef and/or the Sous Chefs, the Line Cook supports the daily kitchen operation by ensuring the consistency, efficiency, and excellence in food presentation and taste across the resort outlets. This roe requires strong cooking fundamentals, attention to detail and the ability to perform efficiently in a high-volume fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness, organization and food safety standards.
