About The Position

We are looking for Line Cooks to join our team as we gear up for re-opening! Butcher and the Rye focuses on elevated American comfort food small plates, and features an extensive bourbon collection. We are looking for candidates who are committed and hard-working. They like to be part of a close-knit team and enjoy the excitement of working under pressure. We hope to find people who want to be with us long-term, and are interested in growing their skills and responsibilities in the future.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of working in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Open availability including nights and weekends
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude
  • Love of modern food and drink
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and move during the entire shift including frequent bending and stooping
