About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Line Cook to join our team and help us create a positive and delicious café experience for our guests. At Montgomery Cafe & Catering, we pride ourselves on creating memorable experiences through our exceptional catering services at the RSA Activity Center and Cafe. These venues host all types of events, from small luncheons to weddings to large corporate events. Key Components of the role will include: The Line Cook plays a vital role in preparing, seasoning, and cooking a diverse array of food items for our venues. This position involves following recipes and adhering to the guidance of culinary supervisors and chefs to ensure the precise preparation of all dishes. Responsibilities will also include: Executing a variety of cooking tasks accurately, as well as cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment. Maintaining a clean and organized service line is essential, along with following production lists and keeping detailed records of production usage and leftovers. Requirements

  • High School or better in HS Diploma/GED.
  • Food/Bev Handler Card
