Line Cook - Downtown Portland
About The Position
Elephants at World Trade Center features grab-and-go selections plus a grill, freshly prepared foods, wine, beer, coffee service, and a variety of specialty items. We are looking for an energetic team player to serve menu items from the hot food line. Personal motivation and teamwork are imperative. This position requires exemplary hospitality and active customer service, knowledge of specialty and high-end products, and efficient workflow. As you grow in your role, you will learn how to make a variety of grill menu items to order. Our ideal candidate for Line Cook will have at least 1 year of cooking experience, strong organizational and knife skills, and will be self-motivated. As this is an open kitchen, you must enjoy and be consistently oriented toward customer service and be self-aware during all interactions.

- Current Oregon Food Handler's Card is REQUIRED for this position.
