What You’ll Do Set up and stock your workstation with all required ingredients and equipment before service Prep, cook, and assemble menu items according to recipes and standards Perform prep work to support service, including chopping, portioning, and staging ingredients Maintain proper portion control and minimize waste to help manage food costs Keep service running smoothly by restocking ingredients and staying on top of prep times Maintain a clean, organized workstation, including equipment, surfaces, storage areas, and trash Follow all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards Ensure ingredients and finished dishes meet quality and freshness standards Complete opening and closing duties as assigned Support functions, parties, and special events as needed What We’re Looking For Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred Ability to work quickly, accurately, and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in a loud, high-energy setting with bright lights and constant activity Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to read and follow recipes and cooking instructions Strong attention to detail and pride in quality and consistency A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed Dependable, reliable, and able to stay focused during busy shifts Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a hot kitchen environment Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting Ability to safely use kitchen equipment and tools Pay range: $18 - $20/hr.
