This role is ideal for a cook with the ability to manage multiple tickets while accurately executing steaks to a range of temperatures. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, communicates well during service, and maintains high standards of quality, consistency, and food safety. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fire-driven kitchen within an upscale hotel restaurant setting. What will I be doing? As a Line Cook, you would be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.
