Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
  • Strong understanding of cooking techniques and food safety standards
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent—your team can count on you
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure without sacrificing quality
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Weekend availability is NEEDED
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of ServSafe/health department standards preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and presentation standards
  • Set up, stock, and maintain your station for service
  • Execute proper line checks and temperature logs
  • Ensure all food is cooked accurately, consistently, and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver timely, high-quality orders
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
  • Assist with prep, inventory, and cleaning duties as needed
  • Support opening and closing procedures, including checklists
  • Take full ownership of the quality of every dish, leaving your station
