PRIMARY FUNCTION: Primarily responsible for removing poultry shoulders from carcass using knife at specified speed. Performs all work in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulation ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Under general supervision, remove poultry shoulder from carcass while maintaining line speed according to company and customer specifications Identify and remove fan bones and eye meat from poultry piece as needed Adhere to safe work practices, policies and procedures, maintain sanitary conditions to ensure product quality; report any condition or practice that may adversely affect food safety, food quality and/or personnel safety Work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations All other duties as assigned
