As the Extension Coordinator, you provide oversight and leadership, including volunteer management, for the Washington State University (WSU) 4 H Youth Development Extension Program in Lincoln and Adams Counties, with a focus on Animal Sciences. The program currently serves more than 300 youth members enrolled in over 14 active clubs and is supported by more than 100 volunteers. You are responsible for implementing programs and activities in accordance with WSU Extension policies and procedures, working under the direction of the Lincoln County Extension Director and the State 4 H Associate Director. Additional Information: This is a part time (50% FTE), temporary position. This position is overtime eligible. Temporary End Date: This is a temporary position expected to end 1 year from date of hire. Renewal is dependent on the need for extension and/or if additional funding is secured to extend employment. Monthly Salary: $1,875.43 - $2,287.10 at 50% FTE ( $3,750.85 - $4,574.20 at 100% FTE ) | Commensurate with experience and qualifications In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
