About The Position

Limited Scope X-Ray Technician (LXMO): Seeking a Limited Scope X-Ray Technician (LXMO) to perform diagnostic x-ray procedures. Education and Experience Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required Graduates of an accredited post-secondary Radiologic Technology program required Oregon LXMO or ARRT (R). Certifications are required upon hire. Experience in a medical office setting, 1 year or more preferred. Urgent Care is a plus. Pay and Benefits: $26 - $30 + Per hour, DOE Monthly performance-driven bonuses Full-Time Benefits Eligible Health Services provided by AFC Portland for employees, spouses, and dependents 401k at 1 year, with a 3% Employer Contribution 3 Weeks of Paid Time Off Schedule and Location: Full Time Monday - Friday 9AM - 5pm with one on call shift per month AFC Urgent Care Oregon City Clinic - 397 Warner Milne Rd, Oregon City, OR 97045, USA Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities: The duties will be performed in accordance with policy and procedure, the standard of care, and in accordance with state certification. The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Perform and assist patients within the X-ray tech scope of practice under the supervision of a licensed provider Perform radiographic exams by prepping patients, explaining the procedure, and practicing safety standards to ensure radiation protection and safe operation of the X-ray machine Ensure up-to-date EMR patient records, and provide instructions as directed by the provider Keep exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies, maintain instruments, prepare sterilization as required Maintain clear documentation of all logs and required checks (i.e. refrigerator temperatures, emergency medications, expired medications, oxygen, cold sterilization fluid change, etc.) Exhibit Company Core Values: Commitment - Commitments are clearly made and met Health - Healthy living for everyone is promoted through sustainable and responsible behaviors Excellence - Excellence in everything we do Celebrate - Celebrate wins - both small and large Trust - Trust builds teamwork through vulnerability and respect Safety & Wellbeing: Alcohol and Drug-Free Policy: We are an alcohol and drug-free workplace. Requirements
