Requirements

• Positive attitude and big smile
• Passion for working with children (especially ages 18 months to 6 years)
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Commitment to weekly shifts for the duration of each season
• Background check required

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy soccer classes for kids ages 18 months to 12 years
• Create a fun, engaging, and safe environment
• Follow our proven curriculum and weekly lesson plans
• Build strong relationships with players and their families
• Represent the Sofive and Lil’ Kickers brand with enthusiasm
• Support marketing efforts and assist at special events when needed
