About The Position

The Richmond Kickers Pro Soccer Club and Richmond Ivy Soccer Club, independent USL League One and USL W League teams located in Richmond, VA, are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic individual to be a Guest Services Representative during all Kickers and Richmond Ivy home games for the 2026 season. Home schedules can be found at richmondkickers.com/schedule and richmondivy.com/schedule . The Guest Services Representative will be responsible for assisting fans with any ticketing issues or questions prior to them entering City Stadium. An ideal candidate will be a personable individual who can effectively communicate with fans and staff.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • A strong, clear communicator.
  • Tech-savvy
  • An enthusiastic and friendly personality.
  • Adaptability to handle issues that may arise during the fan experience.
  • Flexible schedule to allow commitment to all Richmond Kickers and Richmond Ivy home games necessary during the 2026 season, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays to meet game/event needs

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience using Unify or a similar ticketing system is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot guest's various ticketing issues as they make their way into City Stadium.
  • Retain a full knowledge of City Stadium's layout and policies to best assist fans.
  • Process ticket orders by using our ticketing system - Unify, powered by SeatGeek.
  • Ability to adapt and handle situations in a calm, timely manner.
  • Communicate important information with front office personnel as needed.
  • Maintain a professional and energetic presence, positively representing the team and organization.
  • Additional duties, expectations, demands, etc. may be added or changed on an as-needed basis to meet organizational matchday needs.
