Requirements
- Positive attitude and big smile
- Passion for working with children (especially ages 18 months to 6 years)
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Commitment to weekly shifts for the duration of each season
- Background check required
Responsibilities
- Lead high-energy soccer classes for kids ages 18 months to 12 years
- Create a fun, engaging, and safe environment
- Follow our proven curriculum and weekly lesson plans
- Build strong relationships with players and their families
- Represent the Sofive and Lil’ Kickers brand with enthusiasm
- Support marketing efforts and assist at special events when needed
