About The Position

While working closely with department representatives, participates in a structured learning experience. Performs a variety of administrative tasks and works on various projects. Designed to be an immersive and collaborative experience, the Healthcare Management Education program offers experiential opportunities to develop aspiring healthcare leaders. Our programs provide a platform for discovering and refining your interests in various facets of healthcare management, while propelling your personal and professional growth. While working closely with department representatives, you will participate in a structured learning experience. You will perform a variety of administrative tasks and work on various projects. The projects will vary depending on what institute and department you are working in. You are required to be located in Cleveland, OH for the duration of the internship. The Undergraduate Administrative Internship will take place from May 26th, 2026 - July 31st, 2026. A caregiver in this role works Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Interns will be located onsite at Main Campus in Cleveland, Ohio. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Research, compile, tabulate, and analyze data and processes for various administrative and departmental matters. Assist department personnel in assigned administrative, planning, organizational, technical, and professional tasks. Provide suggestions or recommendations about department specific projects. Prepare and present reports and draft policies and procedures, respond to requests for information.

Requirements

  • Current college enrollment.
  • Can discuss and weigh pros and cons and separate critical issues.
  • Can make definitive choices, express opinions on issues and can explain logical path decisions.
  • Requires full range of body motion including handling/lifting items, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
  • Requires frequent standing and sitting.
  • Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
