About The Position

The Station Manager for TFG Aviation is accountable for all on-site operational performance, safety compliance, customer satisfaction, and staff management at the designated airport location. This includes oversight of: Aircraft Appearance Building Maintenance Catering Security Operations Cargo Operations Leads and Supervisors supporting these functions The Station Manager is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance (OSHA, TSA, FAA, airport authority standards), financial accountability, workforce stability, and customer partnership alignment across all service lines. This role requires 24/7 operational ownership in an environment where airport operations never cease.

Requirements

  • Strong operational leadership experience in aviation services
  • Ability to manage multi-department airport operations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication and customer-facing professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS)
  • Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems
  • A bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Business Administration, Aviation Management, or Operations Management
  • Minimum of three (3) years of related management experience in aviation, airport services, logistics, or a related field
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to present information clearly to customers, airport authorities, and internal leadership
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Frequent walking, standing, hearing, and speaking
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
