Role Summary We are seeking a skilled Lead Lighting Systems Technician and Designer to oversee the design, installation, and troubleshooting of advanced LED lighting systems. You will lead technical projects, mentor junior team members, and ensure our solutions meet high standards of quality and sustainability.

Requirements

Proven expertise in LED lighting design, control systems, and fixture layout.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, or related field
5+ years in lighting systems, particularly LED and controls
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor others.
On-site availability (position is full-time, on-site)

Nice To Haves

Experience with CAD software and lighting design tools preferred.
Background in electrical engineering or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities
