About The Position

Responsible for miscellaneous and project quotations under supervision. Responsible for miscellaneous project management from beginning to end under supervision.  Responsible for data input into SESCO Prime as directed. Responsible for maintaining a catalog of demo gear, shipping and receiving of demo gear as directed.

Requirements

• Must possess 1 – 2 years of experience in miscellaneous lighting controls, project quotations and project management experience
• Knowledge and principals for providing quality standards of positive customer service and satisfaction
• Experience in submittal creation and review
• Must have excellent math skills
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam, and internet research
• Must be able to physically assist in packing, shipping, and receiving demo gear

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with customers, manufacturers, and outside salespeople
• Attend product training sessions when available
• Perform material take-offs as needed
• Provide miscellaneous and project quotations as needed for Theatrical, Architectural and Energy Management Lighting and Controls Systems as well as Color Kinetics Color Changing Systems
• Assist with project layouts
• Input daily report information inclusive of quotations, order entry and order tracking as needed into SESCO Prime
• Assist with producing submittals
• Assist with proactive shipping information to customers and co-workers
• Refer unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation
• Maintain knowledge of currently represented products
• Assist with cataloging and maintaining demo gear
• Other duties as assigned by Manager
