Requirements

  • Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position (reasonable accommodations provided as needed)
  • Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes
  • Reliable attendance and work performance
  • Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must successfully pass Forklift/Overhead Crane training

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate or assemble to proper dimensions and to meet general requirements.
  • Work from drawings, blueprints, job layouts, and sketches.
  • Use rivot guns and other various tools to complete the task
  • Program and set up machines
  • Basic Trouble shooting of machines
  • Able to do equipment change overs
  • Package the finished materials appropriately
  • Carry out all required safety functions.
  • Measure, understand, act on and report quality and operations information.
