Requirements
- Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position (reasonable accommodations provided as needed)
- Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes
- Reliable attendance and work performance
- Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must successfully pass Forklift/Overhead Crane training
Responsibilities
- Fabricate or assemble to proper dimensions and to meet general requirements.
- Work from drawings, blueprints, job layouts, and sketches.
- Use rivot guns and other various tools to complete the task
- Program and set up machines
- Basic Trouble shooting of machines
- Able to do equipment change overs
- Package the finished materials appropriately
- Carry out all required safety functions.
- Measure, understand, act on and report quality and operations information.
