Shift: Must have open availability, including, weekdays, weeknights and weekends Job Purpose: The Lifts Manager is responsible for the Lift Maintenance and Lift Operations departments. As Lifts Manager, you are responsible for supervising and leading activities in the lift maintenance department as well as ensuring safe uphill transportation for guests and co-workers by supervising the lift operators. You will operate safe lifts while meeting or exceeding all applicable governing agency codes and laws as well as manufacturer recommendations. You employ your organizational and leadership skills and play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our guest’s safety and satisfaction. You communicate regularly with other departments including snowsports, tickets & rental, ski patrol, human resources, marketing, and recreation.
