About The Position

Summary

Someone to provide safe uphill transportation of passengers, adhere to, and ensure all personnel are properly trained, and have proper documentation. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have at least two years of lift operations experience
• Must be willing to work holidays and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and oversite of lift operations personnel as outlined by Loveland Ski Area, including CPTSB, ANSI, OSHA, USFS, and our insurance carrier.
• Conduct follow up training throughout the season.
• Assist with lift operator duties as needed.
• Assist in lift related accident and incident investigations and documentation.
• Assist in the determination and discontinuation of operation on any lift due to mechanical issues, weather conditions, or other reasons.
• Oversee and assist in the continued maintenance of loading and unloading areas, snow removal, and lift clearances.
