Requirements

• Knowledge or interest in mechanics
• Ability to operate heavy equipment should be above minimum
• Completes all work efficiently to the highest possible quality
• Completes work quickly and efficiently in a productive manner
• Ability to work in a sometimes high-stress, fast paced environment
• Must consider courtesy and safety high priorities
• Self-starter who can determine on own what needs to be done
• Must be able to deal with dynamic work schedules

Responsibilities

• Morning start-up and pre-operational inspections of lifts
• Complete lift maintenance and safety paperwork (logs, TSBs, etc.)
• Daily lift checks
• Basic welding and metal tasks
• Service Riblet Chairs/Clips in entirety
• Service Yan Chairs/Grips in entirety
• Lead mechanic team in detach terminal work
• Lead mechanic team on summer line crew
• Take part in detachable grip rebuilding
• Take part in change of detach PTO
• Basic rigging
• Low voltage troubleshooting
• Lift hydraulics repairs/maintenance
• Ski to lift towers with tools
• Complete snowmobile operator training
