About The Position

We are seeking vigilant, responsible, and safety-minded lifeguards to ensure the safety of our pool patrons in April and May. The ideal candidate will enforce all rules and regulations, respond to emergencies with speed and calm, and maintain a safe and clean pool environment.

Requirements

• Valid Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications from a recognized organization (e.g., American Red Cross).
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and act decisively in emergency situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant surveillance of swimmers and the pool area.
• Enforce all pool rules and safety regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and administer first aid, CPR, or AED as needed.
• Complete necessary reports for incidents and daily operations.
• Perform routine checks of safety equipment and inspect the facility for hazards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool and deck area.
