The hourly rate pay for this position at Scotts/Hawthorne will generally fall between $14.00 - 19.00 per hour and is paid weekly. Scotts/Hawthorne will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. We are looking for Summer Lifeguards who will join our Scotts Pool team at our headquarters in Marysville, Ohio. The Scotts Pool is open during the summer months, usually from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day. In this role you will prioritize patron safety at all times. A typical day in the life of a Scotts Lifeguard includes monitoring assigned areas of the pool, communicating pool rules to swimmers and assisting with the set up and clean-up of the pool. Requirements
