About The Position
We are seeking responsible and enthusiastic Lifeguards who are committed to safety, teamwork, and creating a positive experience for children this summer. As a Lifeguard, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe, enjoyable pool environment while engaging with campers and supporting a fun, active summer program.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable, flexible, and positive attitude
- Authorization to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience working with children or in an aquatic or recreational setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Monitor pool and aquatic areas to ensure the safety of all swimmers
- Enforce pool rules and safety procedures consistently and professionally
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and provide first aid as needed
- Supervise swimming times, water activities, and aquatic play
- Create a welcoming, supportive environment where all campers feel safe and confident
- Collaborate with camp staff and leadership to support daily operations and programming
