About The Position
The Tuxedo Club seeks an experienced, enthusiastic and customer service-driven Lifeguard to join our team for the season! Duties & Responsibilities The primary responsibility of the Lifeguard is to ensure the safety of all members and guests in the pool area Ensure all NYS Health & Safety Standards and Codes are followed by maintaining proper balances of pool chemicals and cleanliness of all aquatic operations Complete daily operations forms for opening/closing of each shift Assist Pool Director with all documentation for NYS and The Tuxedo Club and all ad-hoc projects This job description in no way states or implies that this position is limited to the aforementioned duties. Requirements
- Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
- Current American Red Cross First Aid and CPR/AED
- Must be able to enforce rules and regulations in a professional manner
- 1 year Lifeguard experience preferred
- Team player that is energetic, professional, and has a po sitive attitude
- Must be able to work varied shifts which include weekdays, weekends & holidays
Nice To Haves
- Current WSY certification preferred
