About The Position

Arch Amenities Group, the world’s leading spa, fitness, and leisure management firm, is seeking a Lifeguard / Amenity Floater to join our team at North River Ranch. This role focuses primarily on monitoring the waterslides at our Camp Creek pool, ensuring a safe and fun experience for residents and guests.

Current Schedule: Slides are open on Saturdays and Sundays (August–May). During the summer season (June–July), slides are open daily, and additional hours will be available.

When not stationed at the slides, this role will serve as an amenity floater, assisting with event setup and helping maintain our community pools and amenities.

Requirements

• Strong swimming ability (Lifeguard Certification preferred but training may be available)
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• CPR, First Aid, and American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (preferred)
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, walking, stooping, etc.)
• Comfortable working outdoors in a pool environment and operating a golf cart

Nice To Haves

• CPR, First Aid, and American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the waterslides, ensuring all safety procedures are followed
• Enforce pool rules in a polite, professional, and courteous manner
• Provide quick and calm response to emergencies in the pool and deck areas
• Serve as an amenity floater when needed, including: Assisting with community event setup and breakdown Driving a golf cart between amenities to straighten chairs, tidy pool decks, and help maintain a welcoming environment Enforcing community rules and assisting residents as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly aquatic area
• Display a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service
• Be punctual, dependable, and reliable for scheduled shifts
• Perform other duties as assigned
