About The Position
Assist with all Aquatic operations of the Athletic Department in such a manner to ensure the highest level of success
Responsibilities
- Assist H & W Director with supervising of dress code, safety issues and cleanliness of the pool and family locker room. Report anyone consistently breaking house rules
- Assures that customer service standards are consistently attained pertaining to Members and guests
- Provide daily private swim lesson report including amount billed and number of trainings to H & W Director
- Provide complete biography of his/herself, and availability
- Handle any emergencies that may arise and complete all necessary paperwork
- Complete all administrative tasks given by the H & W Director
- Provide information about swim lessons and events to members
- Makes' recommendations for maintenance, repair and upkeep of the pool, its equipment and other areas of the club
- Leadership by example, displayed in work and attitude
