About The Position
Lifeguard Friends Select School is seeking lifeguards to oversee and ensure the safety of our pool deck. This is a part time position with both daytime and afternoon/evening and weekend hours available. We are looking for a combination of individuals to cover the days/hours needed. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain constant surveillance of patrons in the facility; act immediately and appropriately secure the safety of patrons in the event of emergency Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services Present professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintain a high standard of customer service Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Current Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid/AED certifications from an approved program
- Successful completion of state requirements, including but not limited to the following clearances: PA State Criminal Background Check, FBI Fingerprint Check and PA Child Abuse Clearance
- Willingness to complete various online trainings, as required by the school
