About The Position

The Lifecycle Reporting Specialist plays a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources, and presenting it through reports, dashboards, and visualizations. This role requires talent with being detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled in data tools and communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and data integrity
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical audiences

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools - Power BI
  • SQL or database query experience

Responsibilities

  • Designs, generates, and distributes recurring and ad-hoc reports for management and stakeholders
  • Gathers and validates data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Develops and maintains dashboards and visual analytics tools ( Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
  • Identifies data trends, anomalies, and insights to support business strategy and operational efficiency
  • Collaborates with IT, finance, and operations teams to improve reporting processes and data quality
  • Maintains documentation of reporting procedures and data sources
