As the Manager of Lifecycle Operations, you will lead a specialized team of Marketing Operations SMEs dedicated to the technical execution of our marketing acquisition and engagement programs. You will oversee the build, deployment, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, and Direct Mail) within a highly regulated HealthTech environment. Your mission is to ensure every message reaches the right person at the right time, with 100% accuracy and HIPAA compliance.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in Marketing Operations to ensure a deep understanding of lifecycle marketing.
  • At least 1–2 years in a leadership or lead-specialist role (demonstrating the ability to own a roadmap, not just execute tasks).
  • Expert-level knowledge of enterprise-grade Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Marketo, SFMC).
  • Technical proficiency with SMS platforms (e.g., Twilio).
  • Proficiency in SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker) to independently audit system health and performance.
  • Qualified applicants must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience navigating HIPAA compliance and handling Sensitive Personal Information (SPI).
  • Experience connecting digital triggers to Direct Mail fulfillment (bridging the physical and digital gap).

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of marketing operations specialists, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and "zero-defect" execution.
  • Oversee the end-to-end production workflow for Email, SMS, and Direct Mail, ensuring seamless integration across the marketing technology stack.
  • Partner with Legal and Security to ensure all communications adhere to HIPAA, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM regulations.
  • Lead the technical implementation of A/B testing and multivariate testing strategies to optimize engagement metrics (OR, CTR, Conversion).
  • Manage relationships with ESPs, SMS gateways, and direct mail fulfillment partners to ensure high deliverability and cost-efficiency.
