We’re looking for a detail-oriented and systems-minded Lifecycle Marketing & Wholesale Project Manager to support the execution of retention marketing initiatives across Email, SMS/MMS/RCS, Direct Mail, and Wholesale marketing programs. This role is highly collaborative and execution-focused. You will manage the intake, planning, QA, and delivery of lifecycle campaigns including emails, SMS sends, triggered flows, testing programs, agency-supported initiatives, and wholesale marketing deliverables. You will maintain clear timelines, coordinate cross-functional partners, and ensure lifecycle and wholesale marketing initiatives move efficiently from brief through deployment. Working closely with Lifecycle Marketing, Wholesale, Creative, Data, and Agency teams, you will help ensure campaigns and deliverables are executed on time and properly documented. You will also support the systems and tools that power lifecycle and wholesale marketing operations, ensuring projects are accurately tracked and teams operate within consistent workflows.
