The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist owns the post-purchase communication journey for our largest live and virtual events. From enrollment to event day, this role ensures every client is informed, prepared, and fully engaged. Our Lifecycle Marketing Specialist designs and manages multi-channel communication campaigns spanning 100+ days, multiple audience segments, and thousands of participants. You will coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Creative, IT, Logistics, and Client Services while managing 4–6 concurrent event campaigns. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who thrives in structured complexity, moves with urgency, and maintains precision under pressure. They operate with a giver’s heart—deeply aligned with our mission of transformation—and take ownership of the client experience long before the event begins.
