Aroma360 is continuously raising the bar for healthy scenting solutions in the industry! We are looking for an Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our team! Aroma360 is seeking a highly analytical and creative Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to own our email, SMS, and retention strategy across the full customer journey. This role will drive lifecycle revenue, subscriber growth, and customer lifetime value through strategic automation, high-performing campaigns, and emotionally compelling storytelling.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing experience in eCommerce or retail.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (email, SMS, automation, segmentation).
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Strong marketing copy instincts and understanding of engagement psychology.
  • Data-driven with proven testing and optimization experience.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Subscription business experience.
  • Familiarity with loyalty and personalization tools.
  • Tableau experience.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email troubleshooting.
  • Experience with tools such as Rebuy, Ordergroove, LoyaltyLion, Movable Ink, Tapcart, and Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lifecycle strategies across onboarding, engagement, retention, subscription, and winback.
  • Manage segmentation and personalization to increase engagement and repeat purchase.
  • Analyze customer behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Maintain consistent, high-impact messaging across all lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Build, QA, and optimize automated flows including welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, subscription, loyalty, and winback.
  • Execute promotional email and SMS campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives.
  • Own the lifecycle calendar and ensure timely deployment.
  • Continuously test subject lines, creative, segmentation, cadence, and offers.
  • Maintain strong deliverability and list hygiene standards.
  • Design high-performing email templates in Figma aligned with brand and conversion best practices.
  • Craft compelling, emotionally driven copy that leverages urgency, curiosity, and value.
  • Build scalable lifecycle systems that blend storytelling with performance.
  • Partner with marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Optimize email and SMS subscriber acquisition across the Shopify storefront.
  • Improve popups, embedded forms, and incentive strategies.
  • Support personalization and upsell initiatives.
  • Track lifecycle KPIs including flow revenue, revenue per recipient, repeat purchase rate, opt-in rates, and churn.
  • Translate insights into actionable testing roadmaps.
  • Support reporting and dashboard development.
