Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services.
  • Experience in product planning, performance marketing, and/or marketing operations.
  • Project coordination and/or business analysis experience preferred.
  • Previously experience supporting trigger email campaigns.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using tools like Jira and QuickBase is a plus.
  • Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.

Responsibilities

  • Support strategy, planning, and execution needs related to credit card engagement efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to implement and deploy lifecycle triggers.
  • Assist with the creation, coordination, and delivery of multi-channel trigger communications.
  • Manage project timelines and help ensure creative deliverables are aligned with business goals.
  • Facilitate coordination across multiple stakeholders, including marketing, product, and tech.
  • Apply business analysis skills to identify opportunities and optimize communication strategies.
  • Operate in a pod-based Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning and reporting.
  • Monitor progress and identify issues or blockers, escalating where necessary to ensure delivery.
  • Help drive continuous improvement efforts by questioning the status quo and proposing enhancements.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across documentation, planning tools, and dashboards.
