About The Position

Berry Law is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to activate and monetize a 100k+ contact database through disciplined lifecycle strategy, precision email execution, and automated nurture programs. This role owns the client-for-life lifecycle ecosystem, operating primarily in Lead Docket today while helping support and shape an ongoing transition to HubSpot. The focus is on driving lifetime value, cross-practice referrals, and long-term engagement through intelligent segmentation and automation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing experience
  • Working experience with HubSpot (email, workflows, segmentation) or direct involvement in a HubSpot migration
  • Advanced skill in email marketing systems and methodologies
  • Proven success managing large databases and automated nurture programs
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring engagement, conversion, and lifetime value
  • Contractor mindset: execution-focused, accountable, and comfortable operating independently

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate lifecycle strategy across prospects, active clients, and alumni
  • Build and manage segmented email campaigns and automated nurture tracks in Lead Docket
  • Support and help operationalize the firm’s transition from Lead Docket to HubSpot
  • Align lifecycle programs with intake data, referral signals, and case status
  • Deploy precision email offensives that drive cross-practice referrals and re-engagement
  • Optimize performance through testing, timing, and message refinement
  • Partner with Marketing, Data, and Intake to ensure lifecycle execution supports firm priorities
