As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy that drives activation, retention, and revenue across key customer touchpoints, including email, in-app messaging, SMS, and webinars. You’ll be responsible for designing, executing, and continuously optimizing multi-channel lifecycle programs that move users from sign-up to long-term customer. This role is highly data-driven. You’ll analyze performance at every stage of the funnel, run experiments and A/B tests, and use insights to improve conversion, engagement, and retention. You’ll work closely with product, growth, data, and leadership to align lifecycle initiatives with core business goals and to turn customer behavior into actionable marketing strategies.
