About The Position
Pelago is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager. The role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for creating delightful member journeys and a desire to contribute to the success of a high-performing marketing team. As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager you own both strategy and execution of our member lifecycle programs. This individual contributor role reports into the Product team and will design end‑to‑end campaigns that drive retention, re‑engagement and win‑back in our core product experience. This is a hybrid role, located in commutable distance to our NYC office for weekly lunches, collaboration, and teamwork.
