You'll provide compassionate assistance and supervision, ensuring their safety and well-being while contributing to the smooth operation of our program. This role requires you to be a positive role model, advocate, and communicator, working closely with residents, families, and our care team. Requirements

No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided
Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver's license
Effective verbal and written communication
Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
Successful completion of pre-employment background check
