About The Position

Responsibilities: Processing life insurance policy changes. Determining the required documentation and paperwork needed. Requesting and verifying documentation to make requested updates and complete IRS transactions. Responding to communications received by email, phone, and fax. Calculating gain quotes and taxation. Requirements for Success: High School diploma or GED equivalent; with 1 year of customer service experience. Ability to learn our life product, policies, and provisions quickly. Knowledge or willingness to acquire knowledge of regulatory guidelines. Excellent listening, attention to detail, and verbal/written communication skills. Intermediate math or accounting skills. Proven success in meeting deadlines, and handling complex tasks such as calculating gain. Ability to learn/retain utilization of computer systems for essential job functions, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Company processing systems as assigned. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
